Terrible product and company made no effort to fix the problem. I ordered a shower rod and flanges in polished chrome. The flanges were fine, but the finish on the rod was inconsistent and tinted orange. It did not match the flanges or other polished chrome items in the bathroom. Custom rods did not replace the rod, reimburse me, or seem to care. I had to order a rod from another company.
