My elderly friend has had issues with her $4,000 Trane A/C and can't get Custom Sheet Metal to fix the unit nor can she get them to return calls.
Bad Bad Bad service. Will not return calls. I had them put in a very expensive Trane furnace and heat pump. It never functioned properly. They didn't show up to look at it and would not return any calls. They also would not come up with my receipt and warranty information and rebate!
Would like to give review but since they failed to show up twice and didn’t have the courtesy to call me , I finally gave up and called another service
I called today and the gentleman was very helpful and reassuring they'd be here today and that the cost wud be under a service call very happy with there services and company.
