Bob did an excellent job installing our new furnace and explaining it's capability. He worked quickly and efficiently. He and Jose worked very well together. Very professional. I would recommend him for all your AC and heating work needed. They're the best.

Bob at Custom Service is great to work with. Professional and not trying to upsell anything. He gave me an honest and straightforward answer to every question. I recommend Update: Furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. Bob was out to the house same morning and has up back up and running. Trying to limp along with an old system, he gives honest assessments and keeps the system working. When I do finally bite the bullet and get a new system, Bob will be working on it.

Bob is wonderful! He checked all the systems related to the AC and then did the diagnosis test. Before doing anything he explained what the issue was and what other problems might be related to it. He went through the pricing and it's reasonable. He also explained how important it is to have the AC, furnace, and heating checking. Luckily, we only needed to replace the capacitor to our old AC.
