I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the service and professionalism- and willingness to help stranded travelers. We are from South Carolina on an extended RV vacation. Our motorhome leveling system deployed while driving, and while no one else would help us, Custom RV told us to come over and they would take a look. I dropped off my 2 horse trailer for an estimate for wiring check brakes/service, sanding/painting. The owner showed me pictures of a larger trailer that had similar rust/damage and said he charged $16,000! I told him we were not interested anywhere near that price. I wanted an electrical and brakes estimate. I repeatedly asked for an estimate to be emailed from the receptionist to start the process, as the trailer was rusting fast.
