We engaged their services to replace our scuppers in August 2023, but by February 2024, leaks had already reappeared. Despite contacting them in February to address the issue, they failed to respond. Additionally, after scheduling an appointment, they did not show up, prompting us to seek assistance from another company. When inquiring about warranty coverage for the work performed in August 2023, Custom Roofing informed us that they do not offer any warranty. In August 2023, our condo board enlisted their services to replace scuppers. However, by February 2024, leaks resurfaced. Despite reaching out to them for assistance, we received no response.
