In my personal experience and opinion, I found: • Their responsiveness to be poor. • It was hard to get the quotes I requested from them in a timely fashion. • They don't reply to all emails without follow-up, which is annoying when you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. • It felt like seemingly simple things I requested were all a challenge. • It felt like they were just throwing highball numbers out without providing an itemized understanding of the costs (as I asked for). • Their contract left me too exposed to... read more
Where do I start… After the completion of the pool, we were advised to fill our $57,000 pool with well water. I never knew that we could have paid to bring in fresh water. This cost would have been no brainer, but we were ignorant to that information. We started filling the pool on a Friday and no tech came back out until Wednesday. By then, the entire bottom of the pool was full of sand which had absorbed into the finish. Our heater plumbing had to be redone because of the two 8 hour days of acid brushing that was required ... read more
