Not much more to say, They stuck to there schedule and got the job done on time.
Be aware that timelines given by the sales reps aren’t set in stone. Issues come up and crews get delayed when doing a big project or remodel. Anticipated time to completion is not an exact thing. My project pushed out at least a week due to labor shortages and big projects ahead of me that didn’t finish on time. It’s just like going to the doctor or DMV and waiting even though you have an appointment.

Product and service met expectations.
The owner of the company came by twice to make sure everything was perfect. He has been remolding and has been building pools for over forty years. I have referred two customers to him already who have seen his work.
Custom Pools did an excellent job with new tile and new plaster on our 27 year old pool. They showed up as expected and cleaned up after their work. Their salesman made some suggestions that helped us choose the placement of the tile and the correct color of the plaster to give the pool water a nicer shade of blue than our original plaster. They returned phone calls promptly and the only delay was due to a week of rainy weather. Easiest remodel I have done. They do their job, and were quiet, clean and accommodating. They finished on schedule and did a magnificent job. Our pool looks fabulous and I appreciate the competency of the crew. Matt and Daniel were terrific.
Very fast and efficient just cost a little more than I wanted to spend But did a beautiful job
