We have used Custom Plumbing Services before and have always been satisfied with their work. Yesterday, they completed a VERY difficult water heater installation in our very warm attic. They showed up when they said they would and were professional throughout the process. One of the installers even insisted on vacuuming up some insulation that had fallen out of the attic even though I told him I would do it. I highly recommend this company.
nice guys. bad at communication. I literally talked with 4 people at their company about 3 clogged sinks. They need technology to manage their business. I called to ask for 3 drains to be unclogged. 1st issue: they showed up without confirming my availability and I wasn't there to oversee their work. My wife was not aware of the scope of work and let them in. I took off of work so that I could be home for my 9am appointment and they no called no showed! I called 30 minutes after my appointment time and they said they might have someone that can come in an hour. Completely unprofessional. Do not recommend.
