Jimmy (Jim) was very helpful on giving my husband and I knowledge on what to do with our yard. Great tech!

I've only had four or five applications in the last two years but after the first year I noticed my walnut tree grew considerably. We harvested almost one extra 5 gallon pail of walnuts last September!
They came to my house, without my permisson or ever having talked to them, sprayed pesticide all over my yard and then left a bill in my door. I Have never ever dealt with these people. When i called and asked who authorized this, they said ' the mister' of the home. Gave no other details So now, since I didnt know they sprayed yesterday, my dogs have been running through this since then.
In my opinion, this is the worst lawn service I have ever hired. Paid to have crabgrass prevention put down, got a lawn full of crabgrass anyway. If you didn't put it down SO sparsely, it might actually work. Had a yard full of weeds all summer and it never greened up. You said you would fix the problem but never did. After ending my service with you, you still expected me to pay $40 after I spent WAY more than that to fix the mess you made.
Custom Lawn Care is everything and more than I have expected! The technicians are friendly, caring and intelligent. They tell me the do’s and don’ts depending on the service at the time. On the hot days, make sure my techs have a cold water or Gatorade to drink. This past summer I took full advantage with my grandchildren outside and made memories without any bites.
