I sent the wrong payment to them and immediately called to cancel the yearly plan. It has been almost 2 months and several calls and they still have not refunded me my money. The owner apparently doesn't come in. It's too bad because I was going to switch next year, and will not now.
I love this place. I live in Diamondale. A young man named GAVIN does my lawn. He even hand sprays the areas that the machine has missed. He even picked up trash that fell out of my dumpster on trash day and rolled my dumpster up to the house! Always shuts off his equipment and says hi when I happen to see him. Keep coming!
RUN FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SHARKS, IF YOU GET A MAILER MID JAN AND THROW AWAY BECAUSE ITS WINTER AND I DO NOT FERTILIZE IN THE WINTER, IN THAT LETTER IT SAID THEY WILL BE DOING GRUB X AND IF YOU DON"T TELL US WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME YOU WANT IT DONE AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR IT. Don't use their service. Last 2 years I had service with them. First year they did great and got some free service. I was not happy to their last year service and told them I will not continue. I thought they cancelled my service. This year I got an email that I owe for one service. Generally after each service, they put a flag in the lawn and keep a receipt at my door.
