This company advertises replacement carpet templates for specific boats that don't fit correctly! I spent over $1100 on a 4-piece replacement carpet kit for my Chaparral boat. Part of the ordering process requires you to select the exact boat that you have (make, model, year) and that information brings up a carpet template that they state is 'specific' to your boat. Our company takes great pride in our customer service, products, and the overall experience of the process! In response to this situation, we feel the need to reply as this is not 100% accurate and is unfortunate that it elevated to this level. After receiving his new set, Mr. ********* complained that the piece with the table hole from his new set was off center. It is not uncommon that these holes are not perfectly centered in the factory installed carpet, as the table hole locations can change slightly from boat to boat. ... read more
