We are very happy with the results and truly satisfied with Nataliia's work. She even cleaned inside the oven for us and it looks perfect now. We will continue booking with her in the future.
We've been using Custom Maids for a while now and have had a great experience. The booking process is always easy and professional, and the cleaners have been consistently reliable and thorough. It's clear they have strong training and high standards, which means we know what to expect every time. One thing we really appreciate is their flexibility. I used Custom Maids a few years ago to clean a friend’s basement apartment where I served out a two-week quarantine with my very sheddy dog (and it really needed it). The photos here taken just after a cleaning are only a few highlights of the full service.
I have used Custom Maids Toronto for the past 5 years. I have had the same cleaning team most of the time. The girls are quiet, efficient and thorough. They remember my particular instructions and provide excellent consistent service. Occasionally when one member of my team was absent the substitute sent by Custom Maids Toronto general performed satisfactorily. Head office would follow up and if I was dissatisfied in any way would not sent the same cleaner back. I would recommend this service. They are thorough and efficient... read more
