I used Custom Maids a few years ago to clean a friend’s basement apartment where I served out a two-week quarantine with my very sheddy dog (and it really needed it). They did an excellent job…so much so that I just booked them again to clean my sister’s condo after a one-week stay (with the same super-shedder canine). Again, I’m very satisfied with their professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. Thanks to Custom Maids for making my Toronto visits stress-free and giving me extra time to enjoy friends and family!
I have had an excellent experience with Custom Maids. Over the past year, Justine has come every 2 weeks to clean my large 1-bedroom apartment, and does an excellent and thorough job. It is very freeing to be able to devote more of my time to work than to the type of major cleaning that she does. The office staff have also been most helpful when I have to make scheduling changes. The photos here taken just after a cleaning are only a few highlights of the full service.
We had Custom Maids for our condo move out cleaning and Nataliia did an incredible job. She was thorough, professional, and paid attention to every detail, leaving the place spotless. The appliances, bathrooms, and even the little corners looked brand new by the time she was done. She was also very friendly and came right on time. I’d highly recommend Custom Maids to anyone looking for reliable and high quality cleaning!
Very good experience. Hassle free booking process and good customer service. The lady did a good job of cleaning my oven. No residues left. This was my first experience with them and I highly recommend.
Our experience has been incredible. From the first call, the customer service has been top notch and (most importantly) the cleaners are the best we’ve ever had. I walk into the house when they have come and it’s like walking into a spa. I am so grateful for their hard work and kind demeanours. They are highly professional, flawless in their cleaning and obviously just such good people. They really care about your house and their work. Can’t recommend enough.
