We are very happy with the results and truly satisfied with Nataliia's work. She even cleaned inside the oven for us and it looks perfect now. We will continue booking with her in the future.
I used Custom Maids a few years ago to clean a friend’s basement apartment where I served out a two-week quarantine with my very sheddy dog (and it really needed it). They did an excellent job…so much so that I just booked them again to clean my sister’s condo after a one-week stay (with the same super-shedder canine). Again, I’m very satisfied with their professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. Thanks to Custom Maids for making my Toronto visits stress-free and giving me extra time to enjoy friends and family!
I have had a wonderful experience with Custom Maids Toronto for several years now! A number of people have cleaned my place, all of whom have generally been very good. My current cleaning lady, Lydia, often goes the extra mile and also tidies up my cabinets/ shelves/ fridge. This is especially helpful with a rambunctious child in the house. I highly recommend Custom Maids Toronto!
I have had an excellent experience with Custom Maids. Over the past year, Justine has come every 2 weeks to clean my large 1-bedroom apartment, and does an excellent and thorough job. It is very freeing to be able to devote more of my time to work than to the type of major cleaning that she does. The office staff have also been most helpful when I have to make scheduling changes. The photos here taken just after a cleaning are only a few highlights of the full service.
I have used Custom Maids Toronto for the past 5 years. I have had the same cleaning team most of the time. The girls are quiet, efficient and thorough. They remember my particular instructions and provide excellent consistent service. Occasionally when one member of my team was absent the substitute sent by Custom Maids Toronto general performed satisfactorily.
