Custom Kuts has one of Hampton Roads best barber in the the (757). I've been a customer of Mr. Vinney for several years. I became his customer, because my son was his customer. I'm highly satisfied with his professional manner, customer service oriented, gives the most of himself for his customer. He's an Amazing barber when it comes to cutting little boys hair.
