If you are looking for budget friendly place this is the place for you and friendly staff is the only positive I can say. If you are looking for transparency you will not get this at this kennel. They do not let you see where your fur-baby stays with the excuse of it is due to liability issues. This is could be resolved with cameras in the kennel areas and maybe even some pictures of the kennels on the website. This just makes me wonder what they are hiding.
