If you are looking for budget friendly place this is the place for you and friendly staff is the only positive I can say. If you are looking for transparency you will not get this at this kennel. They do not let you see where your fur-baby stays with the excuse of it is due to liability issues. This is could be resolved with cameras in the kennel areas and maybe even some pictures of the kennels on the website. This just makes me wonder what they are hiding. I was brought to Custom Care Kennel to adopt a puppy they had in their care. I was excited to be adopting- and then I was given a tour only to see just how filthy this kennel really is. The cement of the kennels looks grimy, the ceilings and corners are covered in cobwebs and there are also rat traps set up in many places. I also noticed rat feces laying around where the dogs stay. My precious, spoiled, beagle got sprayed by a skunk, even after bathing him multiple times, I couldn’t get rid of the smell. They were kind enough to squeeze me in, and he had the BEST time, apparently- He came out smiling and happy, wagging his little tail, and smelling WAY better. I was worried about leaving him- because I’m ridiculous, but, I will always bring him to them. He loved it, so I loved it, too. AMAZING and kind people. Took great care of my baby.

Our Australian Shepherd is staying there now and stayed last summer as well. Came home healthy and happy!! And had a free bath so he was clean too!! Thank you!!
