Awesome staff and jewelry store! If you have no idea what you want, but know you want something, this is the place to come. Beautiful in house work with quality pieces that will last a lifetime. So glad to have a jewelry store that I can trust and will use for many years to come.
Best jewelry store in Greensboro and the nicest sales people. They have beautiful items and do wonderful repairs. They can also design something for you and make you a new piece or repurpose an old one.
I was offered incredible service just asking about my watch. I was unable to bring my watch to the store but the actual concern that I received was the best customer service that far exceeded any service I have experienced in quite some time!

I am blown away by my experience here! The staff was very friendly and professional. I came in to have a necklace repaired/cleaned and to sell two rings. I assumed I'd have to drop off my items and come back, but they had everything finished in less than 5 minutes, even though the store was full of customers. I will absolutely be coming back for all of my jewelry needs!
My family and I have been getting our jewelry from Custom Jewelers for years! My engagement ring and wedding ring came from there and they are gorgeous. The quality and prices can't be beat!
