Andrew and Custom Indoor Cycles are by the best team that I’ve dealt with in years. Ordered a Stages SC3 from them online after terrible experiences with Peloton (bike has terrible build quality and was defective upon delivery) and Top Fitness Store (said they had bike in stock and then offered 5 week delivery time). Received confirmation the next day that bike was shipping, given tracking detail to logistics company that provided an accurate timeline for expected delivery, and 3 days later got a call about setting up a time... read more

I had written a review of Custom Indoor Cycles but want to amend it to say that the customer service is really great. Stages makes great bikes and I was just a bit disappointed with the tablet on the SC3 so I asked to upgrade to the SOLO and Andrew has helped me out even though the pandemic has taken a tremendous toll on everyone.

I bought a Stages bike from CIC and they were absolutely AMAZING to work with!! Not only is the bike PERFECT (loving it sooooo much - best you can get) but the service was impeccable. They worked with me to make sure that the delivery worked and helped me bring the bike inside. Such a pleasure every step of the way and I'm so glad I took the leap. Thank you!!
