These people were washing our neighbor's hose this morning when I noticed them stepping on newly planted erosion control and our sprinkler system. Wife and I ran outside to tell them what they were doing and they proceeded to curse us with dirty, foul language and they flipped us off. They sent my wife to work shaking and in tears.
