This place is amazing. Beautiful pieces to choose from in his store or bring in a picture or design, sketch, ideas.... Jon can make it happen. We have purchased a few items “off the shelf” but Jon has made several custom pieces for us that I get “ohhh- ahhhhs” from everywhere I go. Been going to Jon for years for all our jewelry and cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He is the only jeweler that we will ever trust.
Absolutely 5 stars all around!!!! We brought in my gold charm bracelet today to add a new charm. The store was closed for the holiday but Jon opened it up for us, and soldered the charm right on the spot. He also helped me to rearrange the order of the charms so it's more balanced out on the bracelet. Top notch customer service, and we will be back again in the future.
