Terrible customer service. Told them I what gaskets I needed, he then asked me how much. I told him 14 ft to start with. He rudely said “too small of an order can’t do it”. And got off the phone in a hurry. I didn’t even bother to tell him 14 ft was to test it And I needed about 2,000 ft afterwards because it’s for a couple of large manufacturing plants. If you don’t want to hear can’t and won’t shop elsewhere there’s plenty of custom makers in the market.
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE all the way around. From introduction to completed product, Eric and his team totally exceeded my expectations. I contacted Custom Gasket Manufacturing to make an equipment gasket that had been obsoleted by the manufacturer. They were very timely in responding, and very flexible to work with. They supplied us sample pieces very quickly, and we were pleased with their production run as well. Overall, a very positive first-time experience. I intend to use them in the future as other needs arise.
Great product. Came to them in a pinch and they really helped us out.
