Great Carpet care I have used Custom Floors for the last 5 years. I have used them to clean my area rugs and my carpets. They have always done a very professional job. They completely restored carpeting that had cat urine smell on it. They were recommended to me by one of the finest area rug stores in Salt Lake. They trust this company exclusively to clean their rugs. I also use this company to get professional pads under my area rugs. You will be pleased
5 STARS We have used this company for 23 years, both residence and business. I generally don't take the time to write a review but this company is well deserving. If thier is ever a problem they take care of it, outstanding customer service. They clean our carpets, rugs and furniture and are extremly professional and honest. I would recomend them to everybody. Kevin said he could clean our 10 year old carpets. I disagreed, but figured there was nothing to lose. They pretreated the spots and we were so impressed with how clean it turned out. They did awesome!!
Our carpets were so gross and had cat hair from the previous owner but they got it all out! It looks like brand new carpet. The worker was very professional, honest, and polite.
Best ever – I have been using this company for the last 5 years. They have cleaned chairs that I thought were not ruined. They have cleaned pet smell out of carpeting that we have struggled with for months. They came in, took up the carpet, pad, moldings and floorboard. They replaced is all can cleaned the top carpet. Smell gone. Will use always.
