The customer service was great! They helped me alter my design to fit how I wanted it to look in real life. There was some issue with glue overspill around the rhinestones I had in my pins, but flaws in the actual enamel and metal were very low.
We worked with **** on this project. She was great to work with and we are very satisfied with our purchase!

I ordered custom patches. I had an old patch I needed more of. ********* was able to recreate it and they came out perfect. ***** was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I had a couple adjustments and in the end they were better than I could have hoped for. Shipping was fast and the whole process was easy and speedy. I will be ordering more sizes and designs in the near future.
