Customer Service is great and very responsive. **** was great to work with and went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed and understood what we were getting - despite some communication differences. Medals were of high quality.
The customer service was great! They helped me alter my design to fit how I wanted it to look in real life. There was some issue with glue overspill around the rhinestones I had in my pins, but flaws in the actual enamel and metal were very low.
