I am not a big fan of trying to figure out websites. Not that this website was hard to use. Anyway, I was able to do everything through email. ***** was my contact. I never had to wait for a response. I only expected to be answered within a couple of days, but sometimes the answer took less than an hour. I made many changes and even going back to something previously tried. The response was immediate and there was never a complaint or suggestion that I needed to hurry.
