I appreciate the fact that this business allows purchase of even single items and does not require mass-production purchases. Their online design tool was reasonably easy to use (I designed my entire patch using Paint and Powerpoint and simply uploaded the picture; it was necessary to leave some white space for the full image to be captured in the online design tool).
