The worst company I have had to deal with. They don’t answer your calls and the emails rarely, and if they do, no body comes to solve the problem with the door you bought from them. This is a door doesn’t have more than 2 years

Be careful with this company. I made the first payment for a door in February 2024 and they promised 12 weeks for delivery. It is Sep. 2024 and I still don't have a delivery date. They clearly have logistic and production issues. It's costing me a fortune not being able to move to my new house because of Custom Doors. If you sign a contract with them, make sure the contract includes penalties for them if not delivering on time.
I ordered a door in early March. I was told 10-12 weeks max, and they would try to make it in 8-10 weeks. ( I was clear that I had a tight timeline). Jimmy Sharpe was my salesperson and he was responsive until they got money and the order was placed. After that, he has not been responsive. Neither has their customer service department. It is now mid August and I still don't have a door or an ETA. I have asked for a refund or partial refund with no responses.
