Dr. Turpin is a wonderful dentist but his office manager is rude and hateful and she will deny it(Tyler)! The office manager billed my insurance for a procedure she wasn't suppose to that was almost $1,000.00 and when I questioned her about it, I got "fired" as a patient! I won a free implant in a drawing and they are no longer gonna do the implant!
Great dentist office! Great staff, kind people, professional environment, newest equipment, sanitary practices, communicated every step of the way!
I was so impressed yesterday with your staff! I have not been to the dentist for more years than I would like to admit and I was super nervous. Tanya (I hope that is correct) walked me through everything and was so kind! Dr Turpin was awesome and the dental hygienist was very sweet as well. Also the ladies in the front!! All around great service! Thank you!
I have used Custom Dental since they opened. Dr. Turpin and his staff are outstanding! They have an awesome staff that make you feel comfortable and not anxious. I have had a couple of fillings fixed and some cavities filled. If he has time, he will fix them while I am in having my cleaning done. That way I don't have to miss any more work.
My husband and I both tried this place and hated it. My husband had to wait an hour and a half after his appointment time to get in. When I went I only had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to get in, but ended up being charged double what I was told. They are much higher priced than any other dentist I've been to. I will not go back.
