We paid $3,800 for our son’s second set of braces due to mistakes made during his first treatment—specifically, a poorly made retainer that caused his teeth to shift again. Now, months after paying for a night guard, we still haven’t received it. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this has been the most disappointing experience we've had with any orthodontist, and we’ve gone through braces with multiple children. Poor follow-through and lack of accountability have unfortunately been the norm here.
Dr Nathan Brown is a wonderful dentist . His staff are all so kind, caring, gentle and professional. Newcastle is so blessed to have them in our community.
