Wrote this 13 years ago and it still holds firm. "Go to the Pro's ! Cannot say enough "good" about Doc Pitt and his staff. From the inception of what will become an intensive process, Custom Dental (not "Pitt on Penn") has been the epitome of professional. Caring/empathetic and supremely knowledgeable - they rock! If you want the latest in dental technology, an upfront/thoroughly honest approach to dental care - look no further.
I love the atmosphere at Pitt on Penn, comfortable waiting room. Everyone is attentive and friendly. Aaron who was my hygienist today is very personable and knows his job well. Dr. Pitt is always friendly and I especially like him because he doesn't try to BS his patient with unnecessary procedure. Thanks to all of the staff for having our best interest at heart.
I suffer from anxiety and depression and I am terrified of the dentist and everyone works with me there and makes me feel super comfortable so I keep coming back. I love the staff and Dr. Pitt is a great understanding person. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
