If I could rate this company 0 i would. Nancy proved to be unreliable once we paid for the product. After spending $7300 , I regret wasting my money with this company. She does not return phone calls, makes empty promises and is still nowhere to be found to give us a warranty repair/ information on defective Norman roller shades. Terrible business etiquette. Great customer service when you are going to buy. POOR/NO customer service when it comes to warranty issues. You will sit with broken shades in your house for months before anyone contacts you to get your problems solved.
Nancy at Custom Decor goes over and beyond in customer service. I have ordered several things from her, including plantation shutters and I have been impressed with the service! I would highly recommend them!!
