We ordered custom cushions to replace older worn out cushions for our front porch furniture set. They look very nice. Fabric quality is superb. Glad we had our new cushions ordered with them. Ordering was a breeze. You basically measure the cushions you have then enter the measurements in their website. Extremely user friendly process. Highly recommend this company if you need to freshen up your outdoor furniture.
Exceptional craftsmanship and service. We had both a sofa and office chair reupholstered, and the results are stunning. The pattern alignment, attention to detail, and overall quality exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the finished pieces look completely custom. Not only that but the speed and efficiency at which it was done was incredible!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform a piece rather than replace
Miserable experience! THIS is how the order arrived (see the 2 attached pix). Merchant crammed the cushions in so tight, the box basically ripped open during transit - the cardboard not strong enough for the load. Then, they didn't answer their phone line (nor email message) and only responded to this mess when American Express acted on my dispute complaint and didn't pay the charge. We just ordered some beautiful cushions from Custom Cushions. They were so well made, exactly as ordered. Right there we knew we’d use them again for all of our outdoor furniture. But prior to actually seeing the cushions, there was a problem on my part that caused a billing and shipping address confusion. They fixed it but the cushions still ended up going to our billing address instead of the shipping address. What this amazing company did to fix the error was truly UNBELIEVABLE!!!
