We just ordered some beautiful cushions from Custom Cushions. They were so well made, exactly as ordered. Right there we knew we’d use them again for all of our outdoor furniture. But prior to actually seeing the cushions, there was a problem on my part that caused a billing and shipping address confusion. They fixed it but the cushions still ended up going to our billing address instead of the shipping address. What this amazing company did to fix the error was truly UNBELIEVABLE!!! ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE CUSTOM CUSHIONS! We ordered 2 custom seat cushions from them after having purchased sofa cushions from them that were made perfectly, unfortunately that order did not go well. Upon receiving the cushions I noticed the stitching was gathered on both, I contacted CC and their response was to let them sit for 2 weeks and they may relax, the stitching was clearly incorrect but I accommodated CC request. I contacted them and again sent photos. They suggested I return the cushions and they would repair them.... read more

We ordered 4 seat cushions shaped like a trapezoid, very odd shape, and very small. We ordered samples and love them. Terrific materials! The cushions are fantastic, VERY well made with zippers, very comfortable, and perfect workmanship. All at the best price we have ever seen. You cannot, repeat, cannot, go wrong with this company.

The cushion is not 3 inch thick. I ordered the thickest cushion to ensure it looked good and the one I received may be 2.5 inches: it is definitely not 3 inches.
