I made an appointment for somebody to come out and look at the hairline crack in my countertop and they said the charge just to look is $125 so the guy showed up this morning with the bill in his hand and he told me they’re probably isn’t much he can do about it but he still had to pay the $125 I don’t know seems like poor business to me that they’re not concerned about their customer Leonard S Unruh
Custom Counter and Wood Specs did a fantastic job on the new cabinets and countertops for our kitchen/bath remodel. Tammy was very informative and provided a lot of useful information regarding material choices and things to consider for cabinet function. She also caught the fact that Home Depot had completely left out our upper cabinets on the estimate they had given, not to mention Tammy could have the job completed a good two months before Home Depot. They were very professional and great to work with. They knew there products and work was done in a timely fashion. The office staff was friendly and very helpful!
Best counter-top and cabinet shop in town! Beautiful showroom with great products and staff to go with it! From the ladies in the office to the install guys, they take great care of you! It's amazing how a beautiful kitchen can transform your whole house! Skip the big-box store and check them out, you will be amazed! Glad my friends recommended us to them!
These people don't even know the product there selling. Honorable attitude, do your self a favor and shop Home Depot where the customer is is appreciated
