0 Star : My Experience My car was returned to me not only dirty. Inside and out. Also, the damaged parts were left in my trunk on a great plastic tub (not mine). The paint job on the front and back door on the passenger side, we're less than pleasing. There were some areas on the back passenger door and back panel were debris had been painted over. The chrome window trim that was replaced on the back passenger window on the driver side doesn't match the rest of the trim, and the detail person left swirl marks all over the fr... read more

But if time is a issue, on not having your vehicle available in a timely manner I would check into other shops. 5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service Communication (updates on job), could be better and firm completion time would be helpful for customers.
