When I bought my computer here, the guy at the counter is very helpful and accomodating to my needs. I would love to come back here in the future.
My computer contracted a virus and simply would not work, as a result I needed a new hard-drive. They were able to recover all of my files. This was not the first time I needed their assistance. They were wonderful and I would recommend them to everybody.
Last minute shopping and Custom Computers came thru. New laptop for Christmas and wifey is happy camper. They got all her data transfered to the new computer in one day on Christmas Eve but they did charge for the service otherwise I would have given them a 5. Thanks a bunch
We recently had a major melt down on one of our networks. We had a core switch down at one of our plants in Concord Ca. Our senior IT person for our Concord locations was out ill. We called several places in Concord and not one even knew what we were talking about when we mentioned the type of routing equipment we had down until we talked with Custom. we bought a new Dell over the weekend. We took it to the office and realized we didnt have the CD for Quickbooks or Word and excel and outlook. The new computer didnt come with it. Custom transfered all of our programs and documents. This saved us lots of time and better yet probably about 900.00 in program cost. The system was up and running on our network at work on tuesday morning!
I needed a new computer but did not want to have to buy all new programs. Custom Computers did a great job pulling all of my old data off of the old system and the best part is that they actually transferred all of my old programs! 5 thumbs up!

I called custom computers with a Virus on my computer. My mouse stopped working as well. They fixed it for me but it took all day I didnt get back into business til the next day. What they did do that really helpd the most was help me out with my spam. I was getting about 1000 spams a day. They got that down to almost none. It turned out that I didnt need a mouse it was just the virus stopped it from workink. I would given then 5 stars but I think they should have gotten it fixed faster than overnight.
