The installation team was top-tier and did a fantastic job setting up our new water heater. They were highly professional, efficient, and ensured the workspace was spotless before they left. However, their billing department is another story. You are expected to pay the moment the job is finished. If you haven't paid within 24 hours, they begin hounding you, and by the second day, they actually dispatch someone directly to your house to collect the funds. My flash water heater went kaput and was too old to repair; Custom Comfort had a brand new tank installed the next day after diagnosing. Terry A and Kaden L were quick, clean, and courteous. Will definitely call them again for future heating needs.
