I had Bobby come out and diagnose our malfunctioning furnace. With the help of Brandy we ended up getting the parts covered under warranty. They were both very help and knowledgeable and helped us get the furnace back up and running. Would highly recommend this company.

Ice storm left us without power for the last 4 days. House was at 10 degrees. Adam helped fix our gas woodstove/fireplace that wouldn't start so we could have a room that was warm. We called and they were here in a few hours. Problem was troubleshooted and fixed very quickly. We are thrilled with the service. We may not have hydro for a few more days but we now have a room to go to to warm up! Thank you!
