Exceptional furnace service by your technician Zachary. Very friendly and explained things as he worked. I am very happy with his service and with Custom Comfort ClimateCare. I am glad to know I can rely on Custom Comfort for my furnace needs.
The salesman Alex was great. The installation and equipment was what was expected along with courtesy and knowledgeable technicians. I would recommend this company.
We noticed when we turned our furnace on for the first time that there was no heat coming from the vents. We called several companies but Custom Comfort Client Care were able to get someone to our home quickly. Anthony came to see what the problem was. He was very polite and professional. He was able to determine quickly what we needed to get the furnace running properly but while we waited for the part we had to leave the furnace off.
