Zach and Ryan just performed a seasonal service call. Not only did they show up on time, they were extremely professional and offered value added information on questions I had. Can’t recommend CCCC enough … from the sales, admin office staff to the technical service team they continue to meet or exceed my expectations
Adam came by to install a smart thermostat and did an excellent job. He explained how to use it and all the benefits and features super well and very clearly. Answered a lot of the questions we had before we even asked it, and walked us through each of the steps he was taking so he understood. Polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Custom Comfort to friends and family.
