We purchased a new furnace A/C and fireplace 9 years ago. From the start of the project there were problems. Custom Comfort made my husband go on the roof 2 stories and pull the existing metal stove pipe or flu from the chimney. They refused to do this. Next there was a leak in the new A/C to cool the house for 3 years insisting there was nothing wrong until a service guy of theirs discovered the leak doing the cleaning.
