Jenn and Adam from Custom Comfort provided thorough and quality service and installation. Despite the fact that our old house presented them several challenges, they took their time to do everything correctly and fix any issues. They stayed extra long to ensure everything was completed with a high degree of quality. Jenn took extra time to explain everything to us and was extra courteous, polite, and patient - not a speck of mess was left anywhere. Amazing service. I called on a Sunday for a leaky something and the service was great. Craig was helpful both on the phone and when he came to check out what was going on. He was able to fix the water line for the humidifier and it was done very quickly. Craig was extremely nice and would definitely recommend him! He was informative and knowledgeable. We signed up for the WeCare Club Membership, which is incredibly reasonable pricing! Highly recommend!
The technicians are knowledgeable, experienced and polite. Performed a Thoroughly intense annual inspection of the HVAC system in our home. We are all set to remain comfortable whatever weather the summer brings.
