What a Joke – Terrible customer service. I had to spend 3 days vacuuming and picking up nails and staples they left everywhere. I was told to buy twine and they would bundle our old carpet. They ripped it out and threw it in the corner of my garage in a piled mess. Never even opened the twine I bought. I COULDVE DONE THAT MYSELF! Took chunks our of 2 or our walls and never said anything to us about it!
