I was hopeful about doing business here based on the reviews but my experience has been beyond terrible and I got seriously scammed :(. My car has been making a screeching sound coming from the rear speakers and I was hoping it would be an easy fix. - On 5/24/23, I was told by Jacob that I needed a new “amp” . I was given a date- the following Friday- to bring the car in . I was told that I could use the “courtesy car” (an Infiniti G37) while my car was being serviced.
