This shop is amazing! They are honest, they are reasonably priced, they go above and beyond, they are knowledgeable, they do what is right by their customers. We have used them many times with our 4 vehicles and have never been disappointed. The opposite actually, they always leaves us feeling more than satisfied. I took my car here because my transmission went out. I liked the office lady! My car works now.
Had p0300 code on my Jeep wrangler .. three mechanics later I decided to take it to custom car cares. They diagnosed the problem as a bad passenger side intake camshaft. The lobes were gone. Known problem on these jeeps. Sucks. The problem is the part is on back order. They allowed me to source the part myself from a dealership in Colorado because the clowns here at Victoria dodge wouldn’t transfer the part for me from another dealer. I had a horrible experience with Mike on the phone. He is very unprofessional and sarcastic in his approach. I won’t be dealing with this place ever again.
