I had my truck in and out of another transmission shop who rebuilt my transmission and could not get it right. After about 4 trips in the shop, I had had enough. Brought it to Custom Built and as soon as they disassembled the transmission they knew exactly what was wrong with it. They rebuilt it going on 2 or more years and haven’t had 1 problem. Highly recommend Custom Built.

Dropped my truck off yesterday morning before work and about 3 hours before they opened. Slid my key through the after hour key slot. Called at opening time at 8 to let them know what services I would like to have done. Was told it wouldn’t be a problem and it wasn’t. Great people, very nice, and quick service. I highly recommend.

There work sucks. Paid 2.167 $ for a rebuilt transmission. Three weeks after picking up had to take it back for more work. Picked my truck up the day after easter. Now its back in the shop the overdrive is out . I will never bring anything back to them . And if your smart people will do the same.
The worst place to spend over 6000.00. Brand new rebuilt transmission barely lasted the 24000 mile warranty so I brought it back and they nicely repaired it again for free and it hasn't been 6 months and the transmission is breaking again. I'll tell you where to go to get all your problems fixed all your problems solved and all of your questions answered and it's Roy's Automotive the best place in the city
