I had a PC that malfunctioned after attempting an upgrade. Ryan responded quickly to my request and was able to diagnose the cause and come up with a suitable solution. It took roughly a week and a half, but my PC was able to be upgraded and fixed to be better than before! Ryan communicated along the way what parts required replacement/upgrading and even assisted with shipping back defective parts.

Ryan went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue to get my (personally) custom built pc up and running.
