Honestly this house was so easy and I was worried since this is my first modular but we honestly love it so much now that it's finished.
Stopped in on a whim to see what options they had and met with Matt. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. My family and I were able to tour the homes on site at our own pace and ask questions after touring. It was a pleasant experience.

We had an excellent visit with Steve Cooke today. He listened to our needs and assisted us in making any kind of adjustments we needed with with floor plans we chose.
Matthew Floyd was wonderful. As someone who has a real estate license I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He took the time to bring us through the homes and also gave us space to talk when needed. I cannot recommend working with him enough.
