We walked in to a warm welcome from Steve. He explained the process and what options are available. We were very impressed with the transparency and professionalism. We look forward to working with Steve and Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas in the near future.
Great person Steve Cooke was polite and knowledgeable and informative.
We went and looked at the homes this past weekend with Steve. They have beautiful homes there and Steve was very nice and helpful. We had our kids with us which made things a little more difficult but they had toys to keep my oldest occupied. So far everyone has been very friendly. Their customer service is really top notch. We are hoping to find the perfect floor plan and move forward with the process.
Steve was awesome. No pressure just very helpful.
