The deck construction is extremely solid and feels like it will withstand years of use and enjoyment. Loved working with John. We live in a new construction neighborhood and he was the ONLY vendor we explored that brought up the unique circumstances of building decks in such soil conditions. His expertise avoided us a major problem with deck sagging that another neighbor experienced when they built at the same time as us with another vendor. 3 years later and our deck is standing proud and tall.
