Excellent experience with John and his crew to replace an old, existing deck. They built a new substructure and new Azec deck from start to finish within a week. Exceptional attention to detail and went above and beyond to provide a wonderful result. John had excellent communication within the day. We recently had our deck done over the summer and worked with John. The deck that was completed has nails sticking out. We communicated that to John because we were concerned our two year old son would injure himself with that. John said he would come look at it but he never did. The lights that they installed stopped working within the month after they completed it. We have sent several emails to John regarding this. This is a great fence company. Custom Built Fence & Deck make sure my fence is done to my satisfaction. Great company and they back their product. Everyone loves my new backyard fence with metal posts. Really enhances the property! I will definitely use them, or refer them, whenever I need fence work done.
