My partner and I moved into our new build in Eltham in October last year. There emerged 2 issues with the build over the next month or so. Firstly a retaining wall had begun to disintegrate. Secondly a soffit peeled away from under an eave creating a large opening into the roof space. I initially contacted the company in Mid December 2024. Damien Hanan came to inspect the faults in February. I’ve enjoyed the warm and fuzzy feelings that 5-star reviews from suppliers give me, praising Custombuild for simply paying their invoices so I thought I would provide my experience as a client of Custombuild. Custombuild began the construction of my family home in July 2021. In the early days, all was going smoothly. The builder and his team were communicating regularly and things were progressing well. I have held off leaving a google review for over 2 years, as I've tried to be respectful of the fact that they are a small business. That being said, the lack of respect we've been shown in return is beyond insulting and I feel this review is now necessary.
