I have been with Custom Body Fitness for almost 2 months now and all I can say is wow. Although it is a short period of time, I have seen encouraging results that motivate me to keep going. Elizabeth my trainer is wonderful, knowledgeable, and demonstrates that she cares about the efficiency of the workouts. The atmosphere is very welcoming and it almost feels like I have a small family at the gym. Very grateful for the experience and support

Son muy disciplinados. Tienes que estar listo para cambiar tu cuerpo y tiene que nacer de ti. Aquí no son juegos y tienes que saber a lo que vienes. Custom body fines da resultados porque te ayudan a disciplinarte. Yo perdí 4 libras de grasa el primer mes y subí 2 de musculo.
