I came to Custom Body Fitness seeking a trainer to help me achieve my goal of losing 20% body fat. From the beginning, we set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound (SMART) goals so that we could track my progress. In the first six weeks, Sandro and his team have helped me lose over 3% body fat. It has not been easy, but Custom Body Fitness has been there every step of the way. I am extremely happy with the results so far.
It’s been an incredible asset to my fitness journey. Their knowledge and expertise are evident in every session, and I constantly feel challenged and supported during each session.
