I love CBF. I’ve belonged to lots of gyms in the past and this is by far my favorite. It has a family feeling to it rather than a big chain feel. I take “Silver Sneakers” classes during the week even though I’m not yet a silver sneaker (age 65). The instructors make the classes so much fun that it doesn’t even feel like I’m there for exercise. Best Zumba classes in town!! Great environment! – I have been taking the Zumba classes at Custom Bodies Fitness and I can honestly say, they have the best instructors in the area. Between taking the classes and working with my trainer, I have lost over 35lbs. I'm so happy I discovered you guys! Thank you-
Buyer Beware - Aggressive Sales – Information on website is very misleading and owner is very aggressive with his sales tactics. When an individual is that aggressive with their sales and pressures you that much to sign-up, you wonder what is wrong with their program/gym. I left the one-day free trial totally disappointed and offended by his behavior.
Best personal trainers I have ever used – I have tried many training studios and outdoor bootcamps in Orange County, but none of them ever got me the results I receive at Custom Bodies Fitness. When they say they guarantee their results, they mean it! I fought for years to lose the same 20 pounds and always put it back on. After using the nutrition counseling and personal training at Custom Bodies Fitness I have taken off those pounds and for the first time kept it off. I look and feel better than I have in 20 years!
Buyer Beware! – Dave will tell you that you can cancel your membership at any time and that you are signing a month-to-month membership agreement, but then you are locked in for a year! They refuse to deal with you, and pass you on to their billing company. Buyer beware!! No matter what Dave or anyone else says, if you don't have it on a piece of paper when you leave, don't believe it! Custom Bodies Fitness is completely upfront with it's billing and contract policies. We offer 1-year contracts and month-to-month contracts. Our personal training contracts auto-renew on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time for the convenience of the customer. We do not lock our clients into long-term training contracts. Without a doubt, the best health club I have ever belonged to. – This club is the perfect size, never overcrowded, friendly staff, great trainers, awsome classes, very upscale but with an affordable price. I always feel welcome, and the whole staff knows who I am. I have worked out at many of the other big clubs, but, I find them very impersonal, noisy, crowded and unfriendly. Everything Custom Bodies Fitness is not. It is very refreshing to find a business that truly cares about it's clientele.
