Bruno, with custom built metals, is the best material rep in the state! they are on time with their orders. and have the best material. When I had any questions about what product is best for the situation. he guides you throughout the process. And makes sure I get what I need!!

This is the worst company from management to everything else. The lack of professionalism and work exploitation. Always being micromanaged and they are never grateful for all the hard work you put in. The worst customer service as well. Working in an unprofessional and unsafe environment where violence was presented and no one did anything Intel things just got out of hand. This really affected me emotionally. This place should close down or have a change of management.

I have contacted Custom Bilt Metals in the Portland, OR store multiple times over a 2 month period to check the status of an order we placed and paid for in full for flashing material. The Portland store did not have the color we wanted so they ordered it from another location. I was told it would take a week to get the material and a week or two to fabricate.
