I had a great experience here. I was dealing with an alternator issue, and after overhearing my conversation, Shawn took the time to check everything over, confirm the problem, and explain exactly what was going on and even put together a detailed write-up for me to take to my mechanic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely wanted to help. It’s rare to find customer service like that. I really appreciate the time he spent helping me and would highly recommend.
Brought my air horn in and had them install it, top quality work and very professional.
If you are a car guy, I would recommend this place. I had remote start, android auto, speakers, dash cam installed on my vehicle. He is very meticulous and thorough when it comes to wiring jobs which is important when adding aftermarket parts.
This place, for a start, has A+ service personnel, most of them native, and quality installation that I've never seen before. It was a clean place with snacks, entertainment, and a personal touch that I believe most places forget.
