Possibly the worst and most unethical company I have ever dealt with - BUYER BEWARE! I hired Custom Aquariums to build 5 tanks including a high-end 400 gallon and stand, and everything was great until the largest tank and stand arrived damaged. The stand had come loose and bounced around for who knows how much of the 2,000 miles trip, stripping 7 of 9 leg levelers from their threads. Custom Aquariums has been a delight to work with. They built me a 300 gallon rimless tank for planted freshwater. It turned out beautiful. Their Stealthbox, H2 Overflows, Anti-siphon returns are terrific. Even more terrific is their team. My main interface, Bob Pontow was and is spectacular to work with. I just received my 210 Gal (240 Gal model) Custom Aquarium with stand and hood. The low iron glass on the front and sides is great. The stand and hood are of quality construction. Overall I am totally happy with my purchase and would recommend the quality of Custom Aquariums product. Bob was very helpful with the selection process. I had a good experience with this manufacturer. The tank is well built and shipping container protected it during shipping even though the wood box suffered some damage. I would buy from them again. TanksJB
nov 8 2020 I purchased a custom fish tank from custom aquariums. sales person bob is great gets right back to you the tank was very nicely made and was delivered in a crate that you wont have to worry about damage to the tank really nice work quality is what you are going to get from this company the whole experience was simple and is a great product you wont be disappointed thanks Poul Nielsen
