I loved working with the group from customer aquarium. They are very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and I’m very happy with the overall experience. My aquarium is beautiful and well constructed and I would recommended them to all my friends/family members.

Fantastic. We ordered a special build tank for a Biotope Vivarium, divided half aquatic and half terrestrial. Custom Aquariums were great during the design process in making sure our needs were met and that we got what we needed. They also were great at walking us through a smooth delivery, which for a large tank can always be stressful. The result was way beyond my expectations. Wish could give 10 stars... the tank and stand beyond what I was expecting. Will buy again for sure, can't say enough good things about my 150 gal tank and sump set up. It came well packaged and very secure. Worth the money. Bob was very helpful and still is thank you Bob. It's been a enjoyable experience dealing with custom aquarium from the start which can't be said to often now days, thanks to all who built my set up and to Bob who had to interrupt my emails lol Brent irwin from marion nc

When choosing my forever aquarium I looked everywhere, I chose Custom Aquariums and I am more than impressed by not only the quality craftsmanship but the excellent customer service. I love the dimensions of my tank and am impressed by the stealthbox on overflows. Tia was always quick to answer any question and keep me updated and Bob was on top of any issue. Highly recommend if you are looking for aquariums or supplies.

When you have been engaged as an aquarium enthusiast for years you move past Petco and Pet Smart. But where do you turn for your aquarium? Custom Aquariums-that's where you go. You won't go wrong. I have had aquariums since 1972. I do aquascaping (heavily planted with co2 equipment) My previous aquarium sprung a leak. I needed a new one. Found Custom Aquarium on line. I purchased my 180 gallon complete system tank, stand, canopy and seamless sump. I couldn't be more happy this system is just gorgeous. Working with Nathan on the sales side was just awesome he helped me make good decisions and answered all my questions. Then their team of experts did there thing building my system. Delivery was flawless. I would recommend Custom Aquariums to anyone who is looking for the best quality on the market in my opinion.

They were quick to get us a quote. little slow to get the order completed but in COVID times understandable. easy to to get questions answered. not to difficult to set up. Great quality and beautiful display for our lobby.

the order never arrived. They do not take responsibility if something goes wrong and they will never refund the money. Instead of making an effort to rectify the problem, they lie to the customer. From the moment the order was placed, it has been 5 months, and I am still watching the status.

I purchased at 375 gallon aquarium it was one of the best experiences buying and shipping. just a great set of people and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend them to anybody very great quality.
