If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been waiting for almost a year for them to replace a door they broke while installing my new AC unit. I have been calling to no avail. I have two small children and the unit is in their hallway. It is becoming a safety concern, which I called and voiced yesterday. I was told I would receive a cal back right away. No call and no attempt to rectify this outstanding issue.
