I've used Custom Air Heating & Cooling for a number of years, I've always dealt with Ron directly. He does not try and sell me things I do not need. I'm a FIY guy, Ron has literally lost potential business by talking me through problems, that I'd then go onto do myself. When the task is outside my abilities, he's prompt, prices extremely fairly, very knowledgeable, and will answer my 1001 questions. You cannot go wrong with this guy! He is the Professional you want on your side.
Ron with Custom Air came out and provided excellent service. He was prompt, kind, and thorough. He has been our service provider for years and has always been helpful and honest.
Ron came out today to give us a second opinion after one of the "big name" companies stood us up twice and then quoted us an outrageous number. Ron confirmed what we suspected, checked the repairs we did at home, gave the system a once older and told us we were good to go. I can't recommend him enough. Local, HONEST, great communication. And, he saved us a TON of money.
